TaxCommute keeps only what it needs to send you your briefing.
What we keep
Your name and your verified email address from LinkedIn. We get nothing else from LinkedIn.
Your settings: countries, tax areas, schedule, time zone, role and how Tern says your name.
Your listen history: which briefings you played and when.
Your invite note, if you write one.
Why
To make your personal briefing and send it to you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
The names and notes you type are checked automatically by an AI model, to keep out abuse and spam.
Who processes it for us
Carefully chosen service providers for hosting, the database and sign-in, email delivery, audio storage, the voice and the AI models that write and check your briefing. They only process your data on our instructions.
Some are based outside the EU. In that case the transfer is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long
Until you delete your account. Deleting it in Settings removes your data straight away.
Your rights
Download or delete your data at any time in Settings.

Sharing
We share your name, email and what you follow with myTransferPricing only if you turn that on. It is off unless you choose it.
